The Service provides server and infrastructure status monitoring, including real-time dashboards, uptime tracking, and alerting. Access to the Service is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Registered accounts are issued by the administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@richardapplegate.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Service.
The Service, including all source code, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Richard Applegate and is protected under the applicable proprietary license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it without prior written permission.
Status data, server names, and configuration you add to the Service remain your property. By adding data to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime or unavailability.

Status check results are provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely solely on this Service for critical infrastructure decisions or incident response.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RICHARD APPLEGATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES โ INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION โ ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richard Applegate from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
